Did you know that I read a little Tarot?

I've been concerned with appearing too "woo" for you and the public, but today, on 11/11, I've decided to let my flag fly. After a week of privately consulting my amethyst pendulum concerning a matter developing in my life behind-the-scenes, I caved and did something that I normally reserve as a last resort.

I pulled out the purple velveteen drawstring purse that I keep stuffed at the bottom of my everyday bag, and I opened it. Inside of it, I saw a clear quartz crystal and the silver chain of one of my pendulums tucked inside. But the contents of my true desire at that time was the deck of cards (stacked snug against its reading manual), slightly smaller than the average.

The cards were each brilliant in their two major colors of ornate artwork depicted. I considered the consistent design along their backs as I laughed to myself at the fact that I was still terrible at shuffling all manner of cards. It was the definition of irony then when I passed a few cards at a time overhand in my deck until their order seemed sufficiently mixed according to my standards.

I cut the deck three times and simply pulled three cards. To do this, I had passed my hand over the collection of cards in each cut portion in deep contemplation, maybe waiting for the confirmation of a ring in my right ear or buzz somewhere in my body. "Problem, Solution, Challenge..." I had decided to myself prior to the selection of my three cards. Just what had my Higher Self, God, and benevolent Spirit Team all met and agreed upon to reveal to me in that first reading after such a long hiatus in practice?

I should have just stuck with making an 11/11 wish instead... I chuckled to myself as I regarded the entire spread with two reversals before me. I felt confident in the alignment of the reading due to the suit of the first card alone in relation to the nature of my query. Oh, this is good, I thought.

Be careful what you ask for, I intuitively received, and too late. You just might get it.

You see, I had a thought to instead petition and work with St. Expedite regarding the lawsuit that I had confidently launched a couple of years ago. And my confidence since then has taken no large blows as I now find myself browsing the local homes for sale in Zillow's listings online. I can't say much about it, as the matter is still ongoing and in agreement to be held in secrecy until one side or the other prevails. But I've countered one settlement offer already and I admit to feeling weariness from long, drawn-out legal processes and the study of mountains of documents.

"You've already won, but you're going to have to manifest this money!" I recalled being offered to me from a previous tarot reading that I had eagerly purchased about this same situation from my regular Reader. I had believed her at the time, and even more so now that I'm actively engaged in the legal proceedings surrounding the concern of injustice that I had raised a couple of years before.

I'm sure that I've revealed too much already in some way or another, while revealing nothing at all. This private matter has been developing in the background of my life for a while now, with several highs and lows. It's nearly driven me mad at some times. I felt pulled towards the cards as the days, weeks, and months have passed. So let's both interpret this reading that I performed for myself concerning this.

1. Problem

I immediately perceive an imbalance in the areas surrounding financial security and material wealth. This could be from unsound spending habits or just a crappy period in life playing out. This card tells me that I'm on shaky ground and do not have a strong foundation concerning finances.

2. Solution

8 of Wands rx

8 of Wands in this position of the spread tells me that to gain the breathing room that I desperately need to experience, I'll have to come to master taking the correct action towards realizing my goals. I have, perhaps, been halting progress by being stagnant and not allowing new energy to flow in this situation. I'll have to change my course of action (or inaction) and leverage new decision-making to get me un-stuck.

1. Challenge

I'll have to come to be the true leader of my life by taking charge of the decisions that I make regarding this situation. By being bold and confident with the new path that I am paving in my life, I'll find myself rewarded with relief from my current condition. No one can do this work for me, and I must step up to the challenge prepared to steer my own ship.

I processed the full message of my reading for some time after my interpretation. It resonated with me on a very practical and accurate level. I smiled with satisfaction to myself as I just completed another tarot reading that felt "right" and actionable. To this day, from the readings that I have performed for others, my cards have yet to "lie" and my querents have returned with new requests to purchase additional tarot reading services.

The cards may not lie, but defense attorneys do, all of the time actually. And I very much appreciate the insight I gained from reading the cards for myself about this. It gave me all-new encouragement and the drive to see this entire development through to its conclusion, which I hope is sooner rather than later. I know that I can do this for the highest good of myself and my family.
